In the weeks leading up to your project’s kickoff day, we are busy creating a high-level concept that captures how you want your home to feel . This concept establishes a cohesive vision that will inform the subsequent design phase.

With the concept approved, we have the framework to jump into the design. We spend the next weeks (or months) conceptualizing every inch of your home.

This phase is iterative and includes one to two rounds of revisions so we can get every detail just right. Further revisions are available at our hourly rate but may result in delays to the established timeline.

On renovation projects and new builds, we assemble a design package for your builder–a document containing specifications for all materials, finishes, fixtures and all the plans your builder needs to execute our vision to a T.

As construction begins, we're busy behind the scenes getting everything ordered, tracking your items, coordinating with our receiving warehouse, and arranging anything that needs to happen before install.

The most exciting part! The install is when the vision finally comes to life. From placing furniture to hanging artwork and steaming drapery, we handle every detail to create your dream space.
